The fun began on Saturday, June 12th at the Marriott Solana as Metroport Meals on Wheels kicked off their annual golf tournament with a dinner and auction. On Monday, golfers gathered on both courses at Trophy Club Country Club to play for a great cause. This event is one of the largest golf tournaments in our area and raises funds for volunteers to continue their mission of "Neighbors Helping Neighbors."

KellerFest 2010 was a true Hometown Celebration in Keller! Thanks to the Keller Chamber of Commerce, City of Keller, sponsors and all of the volunteers that made this year's event successful. Watch the video for highlights from the many activities over the weekend including the Bike & Trike Show, Classic Car Show, Battle of the Bands and the first annual Strut Your Mutt contest.

MMOW has been an ever-present resource for the last 30 years consisting of volunteers visiting seniors who are striving to live independently in their own homes, leaving behind hot meals, hugs, and smiles. MMOW has provided assurances for the seniors—freedom from worry about food, knowledge that there will be a personal visit every day, and for their families—that someone who cares will look in on their loved one daily. The 30th Anniversary Celebration & Tee-Off Dinner is Saturday, June 12, 2010 and the Annual Golf Tounrament is on Monday, June 14, 2010.

Annually, the largest fundraiser for Rocky Top Therapy Center is true Texas trail drive along the banks of the Trinity River following the historic Chisholm Trail in Fort Worth. This year, Larry Mahan, world champion cowboy, returned as the Honorary Trail Boss. This year's Trail Drive is dedicated to the men and women who so bravely serve in the U.S. Armed Forces. Then.....everyone kicked up their heels at the end of the day for the "Denim & Pearls" Dinner Dance at the River Ranch in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Hosted by the Greater Keller TX Chamber of Commerce, the KellerFest! 2009 was a true Hometown Celebration treating Keller families to a spectacular fireworks show on Friday night, Battle of the Bands, Bike and Trike Show and Critterman on Saturday, Classic Car show and Christian Bands on Sunday, a number of booths from local businesses, carnival rides, food & beverage, a bounce houses, a petting zoo and much more!
