Our Great City

People come from all over to particpate annually in The Great Trail Drive and then kick up their heels at the end of the day at the "Denim & Pearls" Dinner Dance at the River Ranch in the Fort Worth Stockyards. This premier event to raise funds for Rocky Top Therapy Center features dinner, Live and Silent Auction and some great entertainment. All proceeds from this event support the many programs that Rocky Top Therapy Center needs annually to serve the physically and mentally challenged community in North Texas.

2009 was no exception for entertainment - Dan Roberts, one of the great singers and songwriters and a Terry Awards winner as Entertainer of the Year for North Texas entertained that evening. Jody Dean with 98.7 KLUV and CBS Channel 21, and Karen Borta, CBS Channel 11 news anchor shared the spotlight as emcees for the event.
