This is the time of year when everyone begins to turn on the Air Conditioning in their home or business. Manufacturer’s recommend that residential A/C and heating systems be serviced twice a year for a reason. If you buy a car, you automatically assume you have to change the oil regularly, your A/C and heating system is no different. Your system should be serviced before every heating and cooling season. You should also change your filters regularly (frequency depends on the type of filter or filter system that you own.) Whether your HVAC system is new or old, maintaining your equipment helps limit issues like clogged drain lines and frozen coils.
