Keller Farmers Market - Fall Fun!
The Keller Farmers Market, conducted 8 a.m.-noon every Saturday in front of Town Hall through mid-November, will have special demonstrations, entertainment and activities in the coming weeks. This past Saturday, Chef Otto Borsich, who will direct the kitchen at new Keller restaurant City Hall when it opens this winter, demonstrated the preparation of Butternut Squash Soup using ingredients for sale at the Market. He is known from the Bravo “Top Chef” TV show.
Also on Saturday, local recording artist and songwriter Kimberly Ann was performing.
On Saturday, Oct. 31, the Market will feature a Halloween costume contest, games, face-painting and more for the whole family. Every week, local farmers stock their booths with fresh products. For information, visit www.kellerfarmersmarket.com.
