KellerFest 2008 at Keller Town Center is an annual weekend long festival featuring on Saturday "A Salute to Our Troops". The Six Hour Ceremony included a parachute jump, military flyovers, speeches and hundreds of soldiers were honored by the citizens of Keller. This was a truly special event for all in attendance to be able to thank the soldiers and let them know they are appreciated. Throughout the 3 day event there was food, music, children's activities, fireworks and lots of FUN!

Old Town Keller is sponsoring a Cajun Crawfish Boil.

Families enjoyed a full plate of Cajun Crawfish, Live Music, Hotdogs and Bounce Houses for the kids.

Keller Proud - Spring Trash Off!

Keep Keller Beautiful! Over 250 volunteers particpated in the biannual citywide cleanup event at Bear Creek Park. Volunteers returned to Bear Creek Pavillion for a picnic lunch sponsored by Keller businesses.

Rocky Top Therapy Center "Tee Up for Kids" 2008 Golf Invitational at Sky Creek Ranch. The Center serves individual families, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, schools and other organizations that assist the disabled or disadvantaged.

Keller Parks and Recreation sposored Dog Day Afternoon at Johnson Road Park on Saturday Afternoon. There was Frisbee fun, fetching, obedience demonstrations, training tips, a costume contest, and more.

TREE-mendous Spring Egg Scramble was held at Bear Creek Park on Saturday March 15th. Fun was had by all the children that attended the Annual Easter Egg hunt gathering lots of candy and prizes, playing carnival games, jumping in the bounce houses, and getting their faces painted. While the kids played parents celebrated an early Arbor Day by picking up a free tree ready for planting.

Dallas Athletes 2008 triathlon season kicks off with our traditional, St. Patrick's Day Sprint Triathlon on March 15, 2008. The race was started at the Keller Natatorium, where The distance for the swim was 300 meters, The Bike Course was a two loop course that is 12 miles long and the Run Course Run Course was an out and back on a beautiful wooded trail. This was a great way to finish the race with food and music at the finish line. Congratulations to all that finished the race.
