TKO Karate & Self Defense in Keller, Texas offers training for Men, Women, Teens, & Children beginning at age 3 1/2. Family Classes are available; where parents can take class with the kids, beginning at age 6.

The difference in our program is the way our classes are taught in a challenging and uplifting method of instruction and focused on respect. This encourages students to grow in Confidence, Discipline and Self-Esteem. Teaching positive Life Skills and Goal Setting concepts the help our students become leaders for tomorrow.
