The Friends of the Keller Library sponsored gala featuring the first viewing and tours of the newly expanded and renovated Keller Public Library on March 5, 2010. Frank Peterson spoke on behalf of The Friends of the Keller Library and Jim Truitt of Keller presented a proclamation on behalf of State Representative Vicki Truitt.

The Keller Library now features a community room , a teen reading room and large patio in the back of the building. Come celebrate the Grand Opening to the public on Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 10am to 5pm. There are lots of activities planned for the entire family throughout the day including a library scavenger hunt, balloon sculptures for kids, performances by the Keller Folk Music Society, and at 2pm, a performance by Madeline and the Blue Show.
