2010 Garden of Roses Fashion Show Benefiting The Greater Keller Women’s Club Foundation

KELLER, TX January 8, 2010 - Mark your calendars for the annual Garden of Roses Fashion Show to be held on Saturday, March 27, at the Texas Motor Speedway Club. Proceeds from this event benefit the Greater Keller Women’s Club Foundation that in turn awards grants and scholarships to many charitable organizations and students in the Northeast Tarrant County area.

This year’s theme is Under The Tuscan Sun. Guests will enjoy a silent auction, live auction, raffle drawings, a delicious lunch and fashion show by Dillard’s. The mistress of ceremonies is Ginger Allen, with Rick Stacy as auctioneer. Doors open at 10 am with lunch beginning at 12 noon. Ticket price is $60 and can be purchased by emailing tickets@gkwc.org.

The Greater Keller Women’s Club Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was established in 1996 in order to facilitate their partnership with the Greater Keller Women’s Club. Since its inception, the Greater Keller Women’s Club Foundation has issued more than $572,000 in grants to area charities and other non-profit organizations, such as the Community Storehouse, Christ’s Haven, Battered Women’s Foundation, Metroport Meals on Wheels, Community Enrichment Center, Summer Santa, Artsnet, Keller Public Library, and Rocky Top Therapy Center. In addition, each year, scholarships are presented to graduating seniors at each of the Keller ISD high schools.
