City Hall is an upscale contemporary American fare restaurant led by General Manager, David Underwood, who comes to City Hall from Westlake's Vaquero and nationally recognized Chef Otto Borsich. City Hall Restaurant is the first restaurant in Arthouse, a mixed-use community that features multifamily apartments and an eclectic mixture of retail tenants. It has an open kitchen and chef’s bar with stainless and slick over-scaled tiles that create a unique backdrop and focal point. The space plan also allows for the bar to operate independently from the remainder of the restaurant when the kitchen is closed. The space is lit with modern fixtures, and artwork by local artists will be rotated throughout the restaurant.

City Hall’s menu is an upscale adventure in both traditional and innovative American cuisine. For diners, this means both diversity and familiarity with the many of the menu’s items. All entrees can be complimented with the extensive wine list that is rotated throughout the year. Wine options include by the bottle, half bottle or by the glass.

Starters include calamari; crusted portabella fries; skillet roasted mussels with white wine, garlic and herbs; fried oysters Rockefeller, and a grilled flatbread of the day. Side and entree salads include a wood grilled hearts of romaine, parmesan crisp; a rotisserie chicken salad with greens, cornbread croutons, avocado, and apple wood bacon; and a tomato, spicy pecan and goat cheese salad.

City Hall will also feature gourmet burgers and sandwiches such as the triple decker club with smoked ham, rotisserie chicken, apple wood bacon, lettuce, tomato and tarragon mayo. Or the succulent rotisserie prime rib on a toasted french roll. The menu also features a Sandwich of the Day.

Entrees are served with market vegetables supplied by local farmers and merchants when in season. Specific items include beef tenderloin with peppercorn sauce, pork tenderloin with wild mushroom risotto cakes; cedar grilled salmon; lobster ravioli with light fennel-vanilla cream sauce; and pappardelle with meatballs, tomato ragu and parmesan-reggiano.

For dessert, patrons can choose between an amazing red velvet cake, triple layer carrot cake, espresso crème brule or a mouth-watering chocolate molten cake with Hagan Daz vanilla ice cream. All desserts are made in the restaurant, so don’t forget to save room for your favorite!

A kids menu is also featured, with some interesting twists for young diners.
