Christmas Tree Recycling

For Keller citizens who enjoyed live Christmas trees this year, they may drop their trees for recycling into mulch, 6:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 26, to Thursday, Jan. 7. The drop-off location is on the north end of the Multi-Use Arena parking lot at the Keller Sports Park, 112 Sports Parkway.

No flocked trees will be allowed and all decorations, bags, tinsel, ornaments, lights, plastics, nails and stands must be removed from the trees to avoid potential injury to the workers and ensure a clean, quality mulch. Free mulch will be available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis at a later date to be announced.
