Keller's annual Christmas tree recycling program begins on Thursday, Dec. 23, between the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., through Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011. The drop off location is on the north end of the Multi-Use Arena parking lot at the Keller Sports Park, 112 Sports Parkway.

Keller residents may drop off clean, live Christmas trees. No flocked trees will be allowed and all decorations, bags, tinsel, ornaments, lights, plastics, nails, and stands must be removed from the trees to avoid potential injury to the workers and to ensure clean, quality mulch. Free mulch will be available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis at a later date to be announced.
