Calling all area artists! Central Market-Southlake is hosting its first-ever Summer Chalk Art Festival. Central Market is now accepting applications from artists who wish to participate – and it’s free to enter. Entries subject to review. If accepted, artists will create a work of art using pastel chalks on pavement or gessobord the day of the Festival.
