Fire Station Number 4's Grand Opening Celebration
City of Keller Firefighters, officials and community members celebrated the opening of Fire Station No. 4 on Friday, April 3, at 455 Keller-Smithfield Road South.
The 11,000-square-foot station became fully operational on Monday, March 30. The station will initially operate a 75-foot Quint ladder truck and an ambulance. Construction began in May 2008 and the city is proud that the project stayed within budget and was completed on time.

Called “What’s Love Got To Do With It? – the luncheon will follow up on last year’s successful Fauxprah luncheon with, you got it, Tina Turner (or someone very close!). Details are coming, but here’s a hint about how special and extraordinary this event will be: Summer Santa is using the event to honor area charities that we partner with and others that make a deep commitment to the community.
