Our Great City

The Johnson Family moved to Keller in August 2007, but their roots originate in TX circa 1998. At that time, both Michael and Allison were stationed at NAS Corpus Christi as Student Naval Aviators. Michael was a 1st LT in the Marine Corps and Allison was an Ensign in the Navy. They began a whirlwind courtship that led to a May 1999 wedding and subsequent co-location in San Diego, CA for the next 8 years.

Amanda Bigbee, Keller ISD General Counsel, has been selected as a 2009 Rising Star in the April issue of Texas Super Lawyers - Rising Stars edition and on www.superlawyers.com. In 1998, the publishers of Law & Politics and Super Lawyers launched Rising Stars in Minnesota to recognize the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state -- those who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. Today, Rising Stars honors attorneys in 17 states. Since the program began, there have only been 30 attorneys recognized as Rising Stars in the Schools & Education practice area. Candidates are chosen based on peer recognition and professional achievement, including experience, verdicts and settlements, transactions, clients, honors and awards. Congratulations, Amanda!
